Learn the secret thoughts and beliefs of millionaires

You might think of rich people as lucky, and perhaps they are, but the ability to attract wealth has more to do with thoughts and actions than luck. Those people who seem to attract prosperity and abundance to their lives have almost certainly learned some important truths about how your thoughts impact your life. The good news is that you can do it too, and the results are pretty amazing.

For any measure of success to happen, you must believe that it can and will happen. There’s an old saying that says, “If you think you can or if you think you can’t, you are right.” The power of the mind is amazing, and if you can get your mind “on board” the money train, you will be much more likely to see it in your own life.

Positive affirmations, therefore, are crucial if you want to attract wealth into your existence. Crowding your mind with negative thoughts (like, “I’ll never be rich” or “That’ll never happen for me”) will overpower your mind and spirit. You absolutely must remain positive to see it happen. You must believe that you are worthy and that it is possible.

Taking the positive affirmations a step further, try to remain in the present tense. If your affirmations are all based on hope or on the future (“I hope I’ll be rich” or “I will have prosperity and abundance”), then you might end up literally wishing your life away. See it and believe it now. “I am wealthy.” “I have all that I need.” “Wealth and prosperity find me.” Training your brain to think prosperous thoughts is at least half of the battle of attracting abundance to your life.

But just like the old man who prayed every day to win the lottery without ever having bought a ticket, the thoughts alone will not get you there. In other words, you can’t wish your way to success without having some activity to support your beliefs. Chance favors the prepared, after all, so do the work on the front end that will allow you to attract that wealth and prosperity to yourself.

Develop your skills, hone your craft. Never stop learning, both inside and outside of your own area(s) of expertise. I’ve heard it said recently that “leaders are readers,” and there’s actually a lot of truth to that statement. We could also say perhaps that “earners are learners.” So many people seem to think that learning is over when formal schooling ends, and nothing could be further from the truth. Building and feeding an ongoing curiosity about everything will keep you in the learning mode, which can ultimately help you to learn more about how to bring that abundance into your life.

Believe that it is possible. Affirm to your brain and soul that it is happening. Be a lifelong learner. Find work that inspires you and work hard every day. Do the work, train your brain and believe and you’ll find that you naturally attract wealth, prosperity and abundance to your life.
