Transforming Debt Into Wealth
Do you feel like you are so far in debt over your head that you’ll never see the light again, let alone have wealth? This is the mindset of many people who have become encumbered with great debt. But you can transform your debt into wealth.
The first step to doing this is to change your mindset. Change the way you think about money. Many people who are suffering from a load of insurmountable debt think they don’t have any issues about money. But everyone thinks either negatively or positively about money, whether you realize it or not.
For example, Katie’s parents struggled with their finances during their marriage. As a child, Katie listened to her parents argue about money all the time. At Christmas, Katie worried because she knew her parents didn’t have the money to buy presents and she didn’t want them to feel bad because of it.
As an adult, Katie began saving money as soon as she started working. She built up a nice padding, then one day Katie decided to go on a cruise with a group of friends. “I’ve got all this money in savings,” Katie thought. “I can afford to splurge.” Katie enjoyed her vacation, but spent nearly all her savings.
10 Words To Live By
It’s not always easy being in a relationship. Friends and lovers aren’t always going to agree with everything you say or think, but that’s a good thing. Hearing someone else’s point of view is the best way to educate your self and to remind yourself that you aren’t always right.
Besides, loneliness is much worse than compromise.
For long, healthy relationships, these are 10 words to live by:
1. Trust:
If you can’t trust someone, do you really want them to be in your life? Make sure you earn their trust by being open, honest and a good listener and friend.
2. Honesty:
If you are always honest, then you prove you can be trusted. Honesty might be tough sometimes, and though the truth can hurt, knowing it can only make you better and stronger as a person, and a friend.
3. Time:
As in, take the time to listen to your friends. Spend time with those you love, and take time out of your busy day to remind them just how much they mean to you.
4. Forgiveness:
Eliminate Bad Habits
Follow these tips and start turning yourself into the person you want to be
True success is a combination of building good habits and eliminating bad habits. Who among us doesn’t have a few of those habits we’d love to lose in order to improve ourselves? Sometimes it’s easier said than done to make it happen, though. They don’t call them habits for nothing! However, with diligence you can find a way to move past some of the habits that have held you back in the past.
1. Recognize It
The first step of getting rid of a bad habit is to recognize that it exists. This takes self examination and self awareness on your part, to certainly acknowledge your strengths but also to notice when there are things that could stand improving. Then, make a commitment to making those things go away. Do remember to acknowledge the good, though. After all, you certainly have good points to be proud of if you have the awareness and desire to rid yourself of bad habits!
2. Replace It
Eliminating Negativity
You can remain happy for long, long periods of time. Have this people around you for too much time- careful!
Eliminating negativity from your life is very much required for the well being of your soul, mind and body. If you are having people close to you who practice negativity and you hardly find any positive energy being close to them then get rid of them immediately. Don’t wait, do it! Positivism helps in a number of way but negativity ruins your mental peace and weighs you down. As I said, negative vibrations takes a toll on your mind, body and soul so to remain happy and feel better it is always advisable to run away from negativity.
I think I need to mention here that negativity comprises of unhealthy lifestyle, unhealthy thinking like conservatisms, narrow-mindedness and pessimism. People who are negative about any issue that might come up in front of them do not enjoy proper healthy and mental peace. But people who are always positive and exude positive energy around them keep a healthy mind and body. It is said that we derive pleasure out of our own pain. Even some people derive pleasure out of being negative. I am not quiet aware if this holds for everybody or not.
5 Ways To Get Yourself Out Of Debt
Getting into debt is fun, isn’t it? Getting out of debt? Not so much fun. That’s why you need a game plan. This article will show you five essential keys to getting yourself out of debt. It won’t happen overnight, but it is possible.
1. Make a budget. One of the first things you need to do to become proactive is to create a budget for yourself. You should include all your debts as well as your monthly income. Creating a budget will help you allocate funds for every bill. It will also help you see where you’re spending in excess.
2. Pay off small bills first. If you find yourself with extra cash at the end of the month, apply that extra money to your smallest bills. Get those paid off as soon as possible and you’ll free up more money every month that you can apply to paying off other bills.
3. Cut up the credit cards. I heard the gasps of horror out there. Credit cards are addictive and are extremely detrimental to your credit and to your money flow. Even though they are convenient, they are also deadly. Don’t wait until you’ve paid them off. Cut the cards up now, then start working on paying them off.
