A leader need to have that charisma with which he can just win over his audience and bring them into accord with practically any thing that he say. History has given us enough examples of charismatic leaders who said anything and the followers were just won over by him or her.

Charisma is an inborn quality. This in no way mean that some people have it and others don’t. Everybody has it in them but some improvise on it and others don’t. Charisma has little to do with physical appearances. Charisma is being comfortable with one and feeling confident when he/she speaks. When a leader goes out and stands in the podium to deliver his speech he makes eye contact with the audience at large and does not rush with his speech but gives time for his words to settle in, in the minds and hearts of his audience and create anticipation among them.

The Secret Strategies For Staying Focussed On Success

Marvelous tips for keeping your eyes on the prize

If you seem to spend all your time working but still never find success, perhaps you need to learn how to stay focused. This article offers strategies for staying focused on what success means to you.

Tom (not his real name) owns almost a dozen domain names and has nearly twenty abandoned blogs littering the internet. Rarely a week goes by that he doesn’t get an idea for making a million dollars. He pursues each idea enthusiastically until the next one comes along. In spite of all his ideas and hard work, he still struggles to get by on a small paycheck he earns working at a job he doesn’t like. Why isn’t Tom a success? Part of the reason is that he can’t stay focused.

Focus is every bit as important to success as working hard or having good ideas. If every day finds you pursuing a new angle or idea, you’re never going to get ahead. In order to succeed, you must pick a goal and stick to it.

Tips For Healthier Eating

Eating is a wonderful thing. It is also necessary for keeping you alive and healthy. But with the hectic pace of life today, it’s hard to keep a healthy eating schedule in place. It’s so much easier to snack and hit up fast food joints, than it is to eat a healthy daily diet that consists of fruits, vegetables, and fish, while cutting down on saturated fats, trying to eat less salt, while getting more active and drinking plenty of water without skipping breakfast.

But you already know that, don’t you?

Price is also a factor as well. The cheap food that tastes the best also happens to be the same food that clogs your arteries, and makes you fat. Oh the irony! Why does a soy dog cost five bucks, when street meat only costs two bucks? Is the life of a bean curd worth more than that of a pig? Life is just full of mysteries.

If you can’t exercise regularly, and you can’t quit smoking, at least you can try your best to start eating healthier.

Here are some tips to help you get started:

Set And Keep Deadlines

Do you have trouble keeping your deadlines? Join the club! You’re one of many who make plans, but then have trouble following through with keeping the deadline. Here are some quick tips to help you set and keep those important deadlines…

TIP #1: PLAN AHEAD. Most people who have trouble keeping a deadline do so because they haven’t planned ahead very well. Often times, the calendar is full and they don’t realize it because they haven’t recorded everything on their calendar, or because they simply don’t know how to plan ahead.

TIP #2: SET YOUR PRIORITIES. Another big issue for those who have trouble keeping deadlines is that they don’t have priorities. Or maybe they think they know what their priorities are, but they’re misaligned. Write a list of everything you consider to be a priority. Next, number them, in rank of importance. Now cull that list by removing half of it. When you can get your list of priorities down to about three or five, you’ll be able to put everything else into perspective. This alone can be enormously facilitative in helping you keep important deadlines.
